Session summary

On September 22nd, the urban garden of San Domenico district, hosted an event to show how a city can become attractive through “play” as a tool for learning, fun and the psychophysical well-being of its citizens.
About 80 people among schoolchildrens, disabled and elderly people took part to an inclusive game -The botanical treasure hunt - specifically designed for the EU "side event".
This activity has been an opportunity to gather kids of the local primary school with the people hosted in Piergiorgio no-profit community: they played together and discover the park with its tree essences and the plants cultivated in the raised beds.
At the end of the morning the ludobus - the mobile toy-library of the Municipality used to promote playing activities around the city – organized outdoor games.
