EU Cities of tomorrow: towards a holistic and inclusive European Affordable Housing Plan for EU citizens

The European Commission is in the process of developing a European Affordable Housing Plan, to be launched in 2026. This political debate will explore what elements and policies should be included in order to produce a holistic and inclusive housing plan. In the debate, representatives from Member States, local authorities, cities, social partners and civil society organisations will participate in order to ensure that housing objectives are comprehensively integrated into EU policies. EU cities should work hand in hand with civil society to solve the housing problem.
