- Triantafyllia-Felina Kazakou is a business consultant and policy advisor with extensive experience in business development, European and national funding programs, and strategic planning. She currently serves as Special Advisor to the Regional Governor and the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace on European and Development Programs, supporting the design and implementation of funding strategies and investment projects. She is also an active member of the Project Team for the Flood Protection II program, contributing to regional resilience and infrastructure development. With a strong background in preparing and managing investment projects, she provides consulting services on securing financing through European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF), the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), LEADER initiatives, and the Development Law.
She will present some cross-border initiatives with Smolyan (Bulgaria), in order to increase resilience and to put in place measures of prevention and protection (eg. resilience to animal diseases or flood protection)
