- Nerea Pérez Adriano has served since 2019 as EU Technical Officer at the Eurocity Chaves–Verín, European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation (EGTC). She holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration, as well as a Master’s degree in International Studies.
Specializing in cross-border project management, she primarily works within the Interreg Portugal–Spain programme, supporting regional development and institutional cooperation.
She has collaborated with the b-solutions initiative through the identification of specific legal and administrative obstacles in the Chaves–Verín area, particularly in fields such as cross-border emergency response and professional mobility in nursing. She also takes part in the RegHub network of the European Committee of the Regions, contributing to the analysis of how EU legislation affects local and regional levels, bringing in the perspective of border regions.
