- Rix Groenboom is a Professor of New Business & ICT at the Research Group for Digital Transformation at Hanze University of Applied scieces. He conducts practice-oriented research into innovation with and within ICT, focusing on future-proof software development, including areas such as business models, data engineering, and software quality. His expertise supports the digital innovation and transformation in sectors like agriculture, energy, government, industry and healthcare. The research group plays a very active role in the digitalization ecosystem in Northern Netherlands. Prior to joining Hanze University, he worked in technical sales and marketing roles in automated testing, most notably at Parasoft for the European market.
