- Dr. Dorina Gjipali is a legal scholar and senior lecturer at Aleksandër Moisiu University of Durrës, Albania, where she teaches Public and International Law. She also serves as Chair of the Permanent Commission for Student Affairs and Academic Activities. As a member of the Steering Committee of the STARS EU Alliance, she actively contributes to strategic development, regional innovation, and knowledge co-creation across European higher education institutions. Dr. Gjipali is committed to strengthening the role of universities as drivers of regional development and the twin transition.
