- With more than 20 years in Interreg, Elena Kolosova focuses on building connections across the Baltic Sea region. Since 2008, she has been part of the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Managing Authority/Joint Secretariat, where she first advised and supported projects and now works on capitalising on their results through project platforms. A strong advocate of collaboration and partnerships, she works closely with regional organisations and the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region to ensure project outcomes translate into policy impact. She is committed to fostering resilience through people-centered cooperation.
