- Jürgen Schultze is a researcher and lecturer at the Department of Sociology at TU Dortmund University. His work focuses on the sociology of climate change, political ecology, and socio-ecological transformations. He is involved in research and teaching on how societies respond to environmental crises and how sustainability transitions can be shaped through democratic and inclusive processes. Jürgen is also part of the Green Team project, where he serves as lead partner for Work Package 1: Foster cross-departmental collaboration to promote climate adaptive measures within your whole organisation.
