Budva and Kotor, two historic coastal municipalities of Montenegro, are working together to shape a sustainable, inclusive and resilient future. This session highlights their joint efforts in smart tourism, green urban planning, youth participation and cultural heritage preservation. Through EU cooperation and regional partnerships, Budva and Kotor are building a model for integrated coastal development in the Western Balkans.
