- Dr. Geleyn Meijer is Vice-Chair of the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Prior to this position, he was Dean of the Faculty Digital Media & Creative Industries at the same University. He drives the digital renewal programs in the University.
Geleyn created the Amsterdam Creative Industries Network, bringing academic and applied science scholars together with leading industries and start-ups. He initiated the Digital Society School, an initiative to renew education and educate digital talent.
His research interest covers the digital society, robotics, data science, innovation policies for the creative industry and technology led entrepreneurship. Geleyn Meijer is also Chair of UASNL – University of Applied Sciences Netherlands.
