- Wim De Kinderen is responsible for European Affairs within the Strategy Department of the City of Eindhoven, as well as within Brainport Development, the regional development agency of the Eindhoven (NL) region. Based in the European office in Brussels contacts with fellow regions and the European Institutions are key to his work on connecting European innovation ecosystems. Wim De Kinderen is a key contributor to the work of a number of European networks, such as ENoLL, Vanguard Initiative, Eurocities, ERRIN and OASC.
