- Senior expert in vocational training, employment, regional development and innovation policies. He coordinates the implementation of the regional law for the attraction and valorisation of highly specialised talent in Emilia-Romagna. He works on regional and european support for relaunch of the regional automotive sector. Previously Head of the Public Departments for Vocational Training Policies and Employment Centres of the Province of Parma. Other current commitments:
- Regional development for human resources and innovation/active employment policies;
- Interventions on the Digital Skills Agenda, Smart Specialisation Strategy, Social Innovation Strategy and Ecological Transition;
- Design and management of international projects for transnational mobility (e.g. as Eures network manager, Erasmus+ project coordinator, INTERREG project manager, etc.) and exchanges of good practice (with ETF, European Commission, etc.);
- Management of collective redundancies in the industrial sector.
International collaborations on VET and LM policies in European and non-European countries: Morocco, Tunisia, Azerbaijan. I publish essays on the future of work and the impact of automation, robotics and artificial intelligence on the current labour market.
