  • A passionate advocate for bridging homelessness and housing policy through social innovation, she has dedicated her career to advancing inclusive solutions at both local and international levels. From 2016 to 2023, she served as a Consultant for the Housing and Renovation Institute of Barcelona Municipality, supporting the global social and affordable housing agenda through international networks and major events such as the European Housing Research Conference and the International Social Housing Festival. She has also worked with homelessness organizations, notably at the HogarSí Foundation, contributing to their international agenda via the UN Homelessness Working Group and the European Housing First Hub. Between 2004 and 2023, she held the role of Housing Regional Director at the Navarra Regional Government on an expert, non-political basis and was appointed Vice-Chair of the Social Affairs Committee of Housing Europe. Her experience includes leading EU projects such as the “Network of Cities for Collaborative Housing” (NETCO) and the COMHOM project at the Sant Joan de Déu Foundation, as well as serving as an accredited URBACT Expert in homelessness and housing. She sits on the Advisory Board of the European Association for Local Democracy, has acted as a jury member for the New European Bauhaus prizes, and continues to collaborate on various housing-related initiatives. Beyond her professional commitments, she is the proud mother of a young daughter and finds joy in live music, yoga, cycling, and traveling.
