With a strong background in engineering and European project coordination, he leads multidisciplinary teams working on sustainable energy solutions. Jan is also the project coordinator of the Citizen-led Renovation initiative, an EU-funded project that empowers citizens and local actors to drive building renovation efforts for a more energy-efficient and climate-resilient Europe.
