- Dmytro Lyvch is Chair of the Board and CEO of EasyBusiness, a leading free-market think tank in Ukraine. An economist with more than ten years of experience, he specializes in evidence-based policymaking, structural economic reforms, and regional and rural development, supporting both public and private stakeholders in Ukraine and internationally. He participates in the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development’s working group on strategic planning and regional policy. In 2023, Dmytro completed the Harvard Kennedy School’s Executive Education program “Leading Economic Growth.” He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Marketing and an MBA from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and he is currently a PhD candidate in International Economics.
