- Ljubica Kosheliuk, Team Leader in the U-LEAD with Europe Programme. She is an economist with over 15 years of professional experience in local and regional development across South-Eastern Europe. Since 2012, she has contributed to numerous projects in Ukraine focused on strategic and spatial planning. In recent years, Ms. Kosheliuk has supported the implementation of Ukraine’s state regional policy. She is also actively involved in fostering international municipal partnerships, facilitating cooperation between Ukrainian hromadas and their counterparts from European countries.
