- Yoann is a Project Manager and EU regional and urban policy expert at the Institute for Urban Excellence. He holds an Advanced Master in EU studies from the College of Europe, with a focus on the EU sustainability policy and legislation frameworks. He has worked in the private and public sectors, focusing on the policies, instruments and funding for sustainable cities. He is notably involved in developing and implementing projects in strategic areas of interest for the urban planning practice. He is part of the team implementing the ESPON GILL project, a project requested by the Greening Cities Partnership to develop a methodology to quantify the demand for green infrastructure and test it with 6 municipalities.
