- I'm a young researcher at the Institut Agricole Régional in Aosta. I hold a degree in Food Science and Technology, and my work in agri-food research is mainly focused on valorizing local products and reusing by-products from that supply chain. The Interreg TYPICALP project was my entry point into the world of research, and it's also the project where I wrote my master's thesis.
