The session delves into the concrete RESIST project's efforts to bolster climate resilience across 12 EU regions. We draw attention to the knowledge exchange and transfer of innovative climate adaptation solutions from the 4 leading Regions to the 8 Twinning Regions, giving an overview of the broad spectrum of RESIST innovations, applicable for territories with distinct profiles and challenges, deep-diving into some of them such as real-time multi-hazard early warning systems and nature-based solutions. We highlight how our collaborative efforts address specific climate challenges and contribute to broader local, national and EU goals of CCA, sustainable prosperity and competitiveness.
