- Grzegorz Wolszczak is an Urban Development Specialist at the World Bank. He specializes in evidence-based regional and urban development with a focus on interjurisdictional collaboration in planning and implementing territorial investments, spatial development and just transition / decarbonization. Grzegorz concentrates on working with lagging regions and has led and co-led multi-sector programs that helped design and test new solutions and multi-level governance models.
