This stand will promote interactive dialogue on the upcoming agenda for cities and on the challenges that cities face ensuring a just transition. Visitors will learn more about how they can support a just transition – and the leading role that cities play in this – through case studies and testimonials from projects funded by the 2021-2027 Italian National Programme for Cities and the 2021-2027 Italian National Programme Just Transition Fund (JTF). These can serve as a reference for creating synergies with other programmes and funds, and shape new approaches to urban policy and JTF management in future cohesion policy.
