As Policy Officer at the EIB's Permanent Representation in Brussels, Bianca follows cohesion policy, urban development and just transition with a specific focus on social investments. Previously Bianca coordinated social affairs at Eurocities and shaped the city pledges to the European Pillar of Social Rights as well as initiated Social Innovation Labs.
