His vision to turning Švenčionėliai into a creative industry town is becoming a reality through diverse events, including concerts, workshops, art residencies, and community meetings. By empowering local youth to lead their own events, Šarūnas and the community is changing the lives of people in this border area, fostering artistic expression and building a thriving, self-sustaining cultural hub.
