- Manos Vougioukas is the Secretary-General of the European Cultural Tourism Network (ECTN) non-profit international association, the only pan-European Network that brings together the cultural, heritage & tourism sectors to work together for sustainable cultural tourism development & promotion. He has established, managed, & coordinated 12 EU co-funded projects on sustainable & cultural tourism during the past 25 years. He is the main author of the ECTN 'Charter for Sustainable Cultural Tourism'.
