- Caroline Milne is Head of Communications at BPIE (Buildings Performance Institute Europe), a role she has held since December 2019. She has overseen the publication and dissemination of dozens of influential reports - including BPIE’s flagship EU Buildings Climate Tracker and the Healthy Buildings Barometer - and has directed communications for a wide range of EU- and foundation-funded projects (20+ to date) supported by the European Commission, GIZ, the European Climate Foundation, and Laudes Foundation. Under her leadership, BPIE has significantly expanded its policy influence and visibility through high-profile campaigns and targeted engagement of EU decision-makers. Caroline holds degrees in Political Science from the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and the University of Victoria, and a Certificate in Public Policy Analysis from the London School of Economics (LSE).
