- The Consortium for Research in the Dairy and Agri-Food Supply Chain (CoRFiLaC) is a body with legal personality under public law, established in 1996, with headquarters in Ragusa. CoRFiLaC members are: the Sicilian Region – Regional Department of Agriculture; the University of Catania; the Municipality of Ragusa and the Progetto Natura cooperative society. The CoRFiLaC laboratories:
- chemical analysis laboratory
- zootechnical food laboratory
- sensory analysis laboratory
- laboratory microbiology.
