This interactive session explores how universities, regions, and municipalities can co-create pathways for urban and territorial transformation. Drawing on real-world examples, it will highlight innovative science-policy mechanisms and participatory approaches to address challenges such as inequality, depopulation, digital transformation, and climate change. The session will showcase how inter- and transdisciplinary collaboration can bridge institutional gaps and foster joint action between academia and local governance to foster public innovation. The session will include a panel with participants from at least the following universities: Graz, Ca`Foscari, Aveiro, and Granada.
