
Coordination and collaboration can unlock a larger territorial impact, but without automation, it is resource intensive to do. In the era of open data, business intelligence and fast-moving priorities, can cooperation entities like Interreg programmes do better? Together with Interact, three Baltic Sea region programmes are exploring how to co-create opportunities to use open data.
