The city of Lublin currently holds the 2023 EYC title. The city has always had strong cooperation with local authorities across the border in Ukraine, for example with Lviv, which will be the EYC in 2025. The EYC is a huge opportunity for the two cities to foster cooperation in the field of youth, and they will share how the title is boosting such efforts. AER will present models of youth engagement across regions, and an MEP will focus on how the EU can facilitate cooperation and mobility.
