The HTP is a newly formed knowledge-building and experience-exchange platform, which seeks to support regions in addressing the consequences of demographic change and in mitigating the challenges associated with the decline of tertiary educated populations across the EU. This session will introduce the HTP and its links to the Talent Booster Mechanism. In addition, we will dive deep into parallel work done by the OECD and share best practice examples from respective EU regions.
