La gastronomía en Castilla y León

Presentation of Castilla y León as a destination through gastronomy, with the promotion of its haute cuisine, gastronomy and quality products. A chef from Castilla y León will do a live cooking demonstration, using products from the nine provinces, with the black truffle as a benchmark of quality, and a representative of the Castilla y León Wine Routes will lead a tasting with three wines from Castilla y León.
