• Civil Engineer with an MBA by the Hult International Business School and Civil Servant since 2011, appointed as Director General of Water Infrastructures since 2019 and then Secretary General for the Environment, Water and Climate Change in 2021. He previously worked for the Public Domain Service of the regional administration, Technical Advisor at the "Beninar" Dam, as well as head of the Highway service in Almería (2015-2019). Has published scientific articles in international water sector.
