• Roberto Occhiuto has a degree in Economics, with a background in media and communications. In 2000 he was elected in the regional council of Calabria, then in the Italian Parliament from 2008 to 2021, where he became group leader of the “Forza Italia” party in the Chamber of Deputies. In October 2021 he was elected President of the Calabria Region and in June 2023 President of the Inter-Mediterranean Commission of the CPMR. In February 2024 he became deputy national secretary of "Forza Italia”
