• With 21 years experience in designing and providing regional development training, Roxana Slemco works as the Director of Regional Studies Center of North-East RDA Romania. She has strategic management and project management experience, proved in more than 60 European projects on: talent management, tourism, education, innovation, cultural heritage, sustainability, business. She has a MBA, PhD pre-studies in EU Policy, Master in Tourism Destinations and Master in Project Management.
