• Fábio A. Lourenço Vieira has a Degree in European Studies from the University of Lisbon, a Master's Degree in International Relations from the University of the Azores, and is currently enrolled in a PhD Programme in Political Science, International Relations, and Human Rights. For the last twenty years, he has worked in project management, both in the private and public sectors. He coordinates the S3 Operational Unit in the Azores and the Azores 2030 Intermediate Body for the RSO 1.1.
