European Week of Regions and Cities

Overseas experiences: promoting local talents serving an economy of dignity.

The Social and Solidarity Economy often serves as a driver of non-relocatable jobs and can play a crucial role in the creation, attraction, and valuing of local talent, particularly in overseas territories. In this context, the need to strengthen skills and train SSE business leaders has been identified, leading to the establishment of the "Young Talents of SSE" programme, in collaboration with several local partners leading to innovative solutions.
