The Porto Metropolitan Area is proactively tackling a range of pressing issues, including social and housing insecurity, social exclusion, low qualifications and unemployment, through the Action Plan for Disadvantaged Communities, funded by the RRP. The initiative emphasises innovation, empowerment and community involvement. The PMA and its 17 municipalities are committed to fostering inclusivity and cohesion in their territory.
