Adapting smartly to demographic transitions

This session aims to share the experiences gained in Estonia, with the support of the OECD, in addressing demographic decline, providing policy recommendations on how to respond to these changes and identifying the necessary public investment, expenditure and reforms. This approach will be extended to regions at risk of falling into talent development traps, as identified in the Communication on "Harnessing talent in Europe's regions".
