Unlocking the Potential of EU Border Regions: Enhancing Data-Driven Decision Making.

We present an updated version of the Data Hub of EU border regions, a cutting-edge tool for local and regional decision makers. Its new mapping solution displays qualitative data and enables faster and more intuitive comparisons among EU border regions. Participants will discover how enhanced data visualization can inform policy decisions. Hence, key challenges that will be addressed include the lack of cross-border public services, transport, governance structures and border obstacles. Furthermore, the latest research on cross-border interactions will drive interactive discussions and mutual learning, enabling the exchange of good practices and tailor-made solutions for border regions.
