Empowering Implementation: strategic approach to administrative capacity building and supporting beneficiaries

This session will bring together insights from two important initiatives aimed at enhancing the effective implementation of cohesion policy funds: a Pilot action on strengthening capacity of beneficiary and a study on Member States’ roadmaps for administrative capacity building. It will explore lessons learned, practical tools, and strategic approaches to empower programme authorities, as well as beneficiaries —laying the groundwork for more efficient, impactful, and future-ready fund management.
