Digitalising public sector services through the Ukrainian lens

This Talk will focus on the digital transformation of public sector services, with a valuable insight into the Ukrainian model, developed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation. Through the Diia application, citizens and businesses can find 11 digital documents and 12 services. The session, facilitated by Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform, will highlight what Ukraine can bring to the rest of Europe, and provide an example of their active contribution to European cohesion, on the topic of digitalisation of public services.
