Transformative innovation towards climate resilience

Implementing Climate Adaptation strategies across the EU is both urgent and complex. This session looks at how municipalities, regions and Member States can work better together in a multilevel, inter-territorial and whole-of-governance mode, aiming to combine the need for short term results with longer term planning. The session considers bottlenecks and tools, finance instruments and collaboration models, as well as practical testimonies on how to accelerate climate resilience.
