Hosted by the European Commission Directorate-General for Climate Action (DG CLIMA) as an official side event of the European Week of Regions and Cities. The event will showcase successful climate actions by the Pact community and reflect on the importance of involving citizens in decision-making as well as empowering people and communities to take climate action. In-person and online participants will also have the chance to exchange with EU policymakers on how different levels of action – from individuals to that taken by cities and regions – can help Europe become climate neutral by 2050.
