European Week of Regions and Cities

Sustainable Food Systems: Bringing the Farm to Fork into a regional perspective

This session highlights the role of regions in fostering short food supply chains, showcasing exemplary practices and addressing obstacles. It includes an in-person panel debate with European regional representatives and experts in the field, and a hybrid workshop engaging citizens in a participatory session to identify proposals to promote local products through behavioral changes and new business models, and by streamlining current EU and national policies to cater to territorial intricacies.
