European Week of Regions and Cities

Deadline for applications has been extended

The deadline for applications to the EURegionsWeek 2024 has been extended to 05 April at 12:00 (Brussels time).

All applicants will have more time to submit or modify their application.

Resolved Issues: We have successfully addressed three key issues you were encountering in your application process:

1. Encoding of Speakers/Moderators/Collaborators: Your encoded data are securely saved in the system. Do not worry, even if it is not immediately visible for you in your application form, we have access to it and can retrieve it.

Steps to add speakers/moderators/collaborator: Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth application process:

  • 1) If you need to manually add a speaker/moderator/collaborator, please do this first. Add every user detail requested and click SAVE.
  • 2) The users added do not appear on your application form but are correctly saved.
  • 3) Next, you can add a speaker/moderator/collaborator who is already registered in the system from the drop-down list and click ADD.
  • 4) Please do it in this order to avoid issues with the registration.

2. User Short Description (500 characters limit): We have solved the issue that enabled some applicants to have descriptions that exceeded the 500 characters limit.
If you have already submitted your application, kindly review it and adhere to this limit to ensure fairness for all participants. Text outside the 500 characters limit will not be read or considered during the evaluation.

3. Selecting a EURegionsWeek Theme: Remember to choose only one theme when submitting your application.
