Interreg programmes help connect people, ideas and innovation across borders both within the EU and with our neighbours. Three different approaches – IPA in the Western Balkans; NEXT in the European neighbourhood, including Ukraine and Moldova; and the Outermost Regions – have one special feature in common: they are helping to share the benefits of cooperation across borders.
