Green Transition is one of the TOP Government Priorities in Lithuania

Local electricity generation in Lithuania provides only about a third of the country’s demand. Since the Russian aggression against Ukraine, the need for energy security and local energy resources production has risen dramatically. Therefore, Lithuania has been working hard for some time to redirect EU and national funding to the green targets. We also set the target to have all electricity needed by the State produced from renewable energy sources by 2030.
