Taste Thessaly is a buffet-style degustation of food and winery products of the Region of Thessaly that includes a selection of traditional specialties and Protected Designation of Origin and Geographical Indication products served within a tasting menu of authentic recipes tailored to different dietary requirements. As the heart of agriculture and livestock faming in Greece with a series of organic and high-quality products, the region aims to present its gastronomy 'in a nutshell' at the EWRC.
