• Heather Brooks is an urban enthusiast focused on urban nature and city soundscapes. She is policy advisor in the environment and climate team at Eurocities having worked with cities, national ministries, MEPs, and NGOs on the recently adopted EU Nature Restoration Law, and will co-lead the development of guidance for its implementation as part of the Urban Agenda Partnership on Greening Cities. Heather supports cities to build their capacity to tackle urban challenges and shape EU legislation.
