Multilevel Governance: Empowering Stakeholders in the Climate and Energy Transition

Local and regional governments play a pivotal role in driving the climate and energy transition, empowering communities and building a just and sustainable future for all. Based on examples stemming from the Covenant of Mayors, we will explore the pivotal role of multilevel governance in fostering cohesive collaboration and strong citizen involvement. We will provide knowledge of concrete policies and tools to facilitate dialogue and collaboration across EU and Western Balkans stakeholders.
